Alexandra Cole is the cofounder of Purpose Generation, a millennial insights and strategy firm that helps iconic Fortune 500 brands better understand and engage the next generation of consumers and talent.
In 2016, Alexandra created the Find Your Purpose workshop to provide a practical, no-nonsense roadmap to living a more purpose-filled life. She has facilitated the workshop at businesses, schools, co-working spaces, and retreats across the world. Along the way, she discovered that what connects all generations—at work and beyond—is a deep desire to find more fulfillment in their every day.
Alexandra started her career at Bain & Company in New York. She was born in London, raised in the Netherlands, educated at Princeton University, and currently lives in Santa Barbara, California with her husband. She is insatiably curious when it comes to people and what motivates them and is happiest when writing, engaged in good conversation, exploring new places, or on her yoga mat. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner, Human Design reader, and coach. Alexandra’s work has appeared in the Huffington Post and on Forbes.com. The Purpose Playbook is her first book.
