Sharon Levy, CEO and Founder of Taking Tea InStyle on Women Entrepreneurs Radio
Sharon Levy "Lady Tea," Certified Tea Consultant, CEO and Founder of Taking Tea InStyle, a lifestyle tea boutique, uses tea as a means to connect people. Sharon is a finalist in the 2018 American Small Business Championship sponsored by SCORE and Sam's Club.
Ms. Levy is passionate about bringing civility back into society. As Program Director, she creates empowering and engaging social tea gatherings and workshops where individuals come together to learn and celebrate with each other.
Her goal is to create healthier and culturally savvy society where individuals are more open minded, respectful and compassionate.
These programs are enriched by Ms. Levy’s certification in Tea Education by the Specialty Tea Institute (STI), a division of the Tea Association of the USA.
Ms. Levy comes from a diverse corporate background, working as a Project Manager, IT Consultant and Executive Assistant for companies like: American Express, AT&T, IBM, Merrill Lynch and UBS.
As an entrepreneur, Ms. Levy finds the time to volunteer in the community and believes it is essential to give back. She currently volunteers as a board member for NJCASA, Project Coordinator for Jersey Cares and volunteers at several other non-profit organizations.
